Terms and Conditions for 85jili — Please Read Before You Play

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 85jili ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the 85jili website accessible at https://85jili.app and all associated gaming services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 85jili, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 85jili.

All monetary amounts on the 85jili platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱/PHP) unless otherwise stated. Minimum deposit amounts, minimum bet sizes, and withdrawal thresholds are all expressed in Philippine Pesos.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with 85jili. This is a strict requirement and is non-negotiable. If you are found to be under 21 at any point, your account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and your deposit balance will be returned to the payment method used.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one 85jili account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using multiple devices or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. 85jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration, particularly before processing your first withdrawal.

Jurisdiction

85jili services are intended for players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is legal in your jurisdiction. If you are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is restricted, you do so at your own risk and 85jili bears no responsibility for any resulting legal consequences.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 85jili account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact 85jili support immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection.

85jili will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from 85jili that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Bets placed through your account are considered your bets regardless of whether you authorised them. Always log out from shared devices and do not save your password in public or shared browsers.

4. Deposits and Payments

85jili accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your 85jili wallet immediately or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

All payment methods used to deposit must be in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account on your behalf — are not permitted. Any deposit found to have been made from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed.

Deposits made to your 85jili wallet are for gaming purposes only. Funds deposited cannot be transferred to other accounts or used for purposes outside the 85jili platform.

5. Withdrawals and KYC Verification

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. If the original method is unavailable, 85jili support will work with you to find an alternative.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

Before your first withdrawal — and at any time we consider it necessary — 85jili may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or UMID), a selfie with your ID, and proof of address.

KYC verification protects both you and the platform against fraud, money laundering, and account takeover. Your documents are handled in accordance with the 85jili Privacy Policy.

Processing Times

Standard withdrawals via GCash or Maya are typically processed within one hour during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (InstaPay, PESONet) may take up to one banking day. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional review, which can extend processing time up to 48 hours.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

85jili offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game eligibility, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement (also called a "rollover requirement") means you must bet the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount — a specified number of times before the bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain jackpot slots may contribute less or not at all. The specific contribution rates for each bonus are listed in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

85jili reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses if we determine that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using VPNs or proxy servers to obscure location, placing bets that exploit bonus mechanics, or any coordinated activity with other accounts to generate artificial wagering volume.

Each bonus is available to each eligible player once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically offered as a combined package.

7. Betting Rules

The minimum bet at 85jili is ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, and market, and are displayed in the bet slip when you add a selection. 85jili reserves the right to limit maximum bets for specific markets, events, or individual accounts at its discretion.

Bet Acceptance

Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history. Bets that appear to have been accepted but do not appear in your history should be reported to support immediately — do not assume a bet was placed if you cannot see it in your account.

Cancelled or Postponed Events

If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned. If an event is postponed, bets generally remain valid provided the event is rescheduled and takes place within 48 hours of the original start time. Events rescheduled beyond this window will typically be voided.

Palpable Errors

85jili reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds arising from a technical error or human error. A "palpable error" means an odds price that is obviously and materially different from the genuine market price at the time the bet was accepted. Players who knowingly take advantage of palpable error odds may have their accounts reviewed.

8. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games at 85jili — including slots, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and live dealer titles — are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures all outcomes are fair and statistically random.

The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel before you start playing. RTPs are theoretical figures calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session returns.

In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round — whether due to your internet connection or a server issue on our end — the round will be settled according to the outcome that was in progress at the time of disconnection, based on server-side records. 10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 85jili and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform or place bets
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any competitive game format
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct intended to manipulate sporting or gaming outcomes
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls
• Attempting to charge back legitimate deposits after using the funds for gaming
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 85jili staff or other players

11. Account Suspension and Closure

85jili reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited conduct
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity
• At the request of the player (self-exclusion or voluntary closure)
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months

When an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is found, the remaining balance (after any applicable deductions for bonus forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 85jili support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours, and remaining balances are returned after any applicable withdrawal verification.

12. Limitation of Liability

85jili provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability of the service, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

In no event shall 85jili be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damage caused by reliance on information provided on the site.

85jili's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

85jili reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 85jili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 85jili is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and 85jili, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of issues — including bet settlement disputes, account queries, and payment delays — can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, formal complaints may be submitted in writing to the 85jili compliance team at support@85jili.app. We commit to responding to formal complaints within 10 business days.
